Before your Kundali: getting your birth details right

A personalized Kundali begins with three details: date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. They are used together to calculate the chart that will be interpreted.

Check the original record

If you have access to a birth certificate or a family record with a time, use it. Check whether the time is morning or evening, and enter the date carefully. If two records disagree, tell the team instead of silently choosing one.

Be specific about the place

Share the town or city, state and country where you were born. Your current residence is not your birth place. This matters particularly when locations have similar names.

What if the time is uncertain?

Do not invent a precise time to complete a form. Contact KGS Astro before ordering and explain what you know. An approximate time can affect chart details and the scope of interpretation. A report should acknowledge that uncertainty.
